Hooters is okay. Just okay. I suppose if you're looking for a sports and in the Tyrone area, this will do. But beer-wise or food-wise, there are better choices (such as Tikanis) if just keep driving till Tyrone turns into Bay Pines. Honestly, it's just not that great. The wings are gross and the beer is overpriced and the service is mediocre. I can guarantee you that last trip is the last time someone convinces me that this Hooters is my best option.

I have always enjoyed this location. The staff is very friendly and food quality is excellent. Like any large chain, Hooters can be hit or miss depending on where you go. This location is a great choice. Conveniently located at the Tyrone Mall with outside access and direct entry to the mall food court. Its very clean but I've never been to a dirty hooters and I've hit many in my travels. You cant go wrong with some wings, a cold beer & a game while your better half shops away!

Hooters I love you. No seriously I love everything about you. Is there a more consistent chain? Almost as much as their food I love hooters clientele (wait, I love myself?). If I wrote a book about how to not parent a child I could use so many amazing examples, specifically at Tyrone Hooters after 9 pm. Hey it's 9:30, I think I'll let my 3 year old sit at a bar rotating between sucking on a giant marshmallow and licking a deliciously frosted cupcake. Good plan, mom. This is also apparently the go to place for dad's weekend with their kid. Know what's cuter than your two year old watching a UFC fight at Hooters at 10pm? Responsible parenting and well behaved children. Yes. Five stars for sure.

I really don't like to give 1 star reviews, and this 2 star should be a 1.5 star review.... So, we went in last night (Wednesday) at 8:30 pm. Very few customers in the place. We weren't greeted quickly, at all, even though there were several employees around, doing everything except watching the front door/Hostess stand. Then, after we chose "whatever table you want" we waited for service. (a bit too long) The waitress was very friendly, but not very attentive. We asked for "all drums" and the kitchen (we're told) didn't make the order correctly the first time.... So, at 9:05, our correct food was sitting in the pick up window, and the waitress was no-where to be found. Therefore, I walked up to the window, as asked "is that our food?" Another waitress delivered our meal - it was hot, and the wings were good. Here's the problem - we have been here 2-3x in the last few months, and the story is always the same.... 1.) Never greeted in a timely manner. 2.) The place was not busy each time we went. 3.) The wait staff is friendly, but not attentive, and the food window is not watched. 4.) Two out of three times, we saw the manager walk around, not paying attention to anything, and then disappear! So, it is certainly a management problem, and a motivation issue among the very friendly, yet inattentive staff. We're done forever with this Hooters, we can find better options for wings, where we will be treated like customers.

I find Hooters to be going down hill. Their salads aren't as tasty with very few items in them. I prefer Wing House these days.

took forever to get food and drinks and a ice cold hot dog for my daughter and overcooked wings for me, they did get the hamburger for my wife right but that was about it.

Once in a while I crave chicken wings. I live close by, so I do stop by this location. I like my wings breaded with a hot buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. The food at this location is the same as at any other Hooters restaurants. Very consistent, as is expected of chains. This place is a good alternative to the food court. It's located right off of it. Not much of a view... All windows face the mall's parking lot. service is good. The staff is very friendly and food arrives fast. Like I said, if you want Hooters wings and cheap beer, stop by if you are in the area.

Our family absolutely loves the food at Hooters. This was our first visit to the Tyrone Mall location which was clean and lively. Our table enjoyed the Ham and Cheese (my favorite ham and cheese sandwich anywhere!), fried pickles, Buffalo Shrimp (which are tasty), boneless wings and curly fries. It is what it is, but the food is always good. Service has improved over the years.

As Hooters go....the norm. However what sets this place apart is the service. Always a friendly face and attitude here...and as all Hooters go, if YOU have an attitude, you'll get one back. I've seen many a jacka$$ wanna-be thug/womanizer come in here, try to "represent"...be rude to the staff and get obliterated by the girls...epic. Convenient location at the mall, accessible from doors within food court or from outside. In cooler weather they open the glass garage doors to let the breeze in...ain't nothin' better than tight orange shorts, a cool breeze, pretty ladies, and a cold beer. With 16 draft beers, and many more in the bottle, fully stocked bar, and great food...what else are you looking for? Come on down and see Crystal or Charlene at the bar, and after you've done that message me so I can give you my PayPal info so that you can deposit money in my account for turning you on to such greatness. Word.... YELP!!!

We go here fort he wings right? Well....that's what I go for, and they are delicious! Nothing incredibly spectacular to report from my experience from this Hooters. I ordered 10 wings and they were great. The prices are reasonable and I like the location of this. It's in the fod court in the Tyrone mall. A good experience with delicious chicken wings....and NOTHING ELSE! :)

It's very awesome to have this Hooters in the mall. Nice to stop in for food and a beer or drink while shopping. The last few times I was a little disappointed in the boneless wings but extra sauce helped that. The fried pickles are an absolute must!

Food was consistent with what my husband and I have had at other Hooters, which is good since we enjoy their casual food. We went for lunch to this location and the restaurant was not super busy, but the service we received was painfully slow. Waitress was more preoccupied with chatting with the other staff members at the bar than bringing us our drinks or apps that we ordered. Would probably choose another location (like the prettier clearwater beach location) if we were to go there for dinner based on the iffy service we received here.

Been coming here for years, but last few times the food has been absolutely terrible. Fish tacos that smelled like the fish had been laying out for days, shrimp that was petrified, calm chowder the was ice cold. Will think twice next time. Manager seemed more interested in hanging out with the waitresses than checking on tables. Seems to be a recurring theme unfortunately.

I just dont understand why a restaurant would want to employ wait staff that doesn't seem like they even want to work there. It's a Friday night the place isn't even busy and we had the worst service ever. Hooters would make a lot more money when you don't have to ask the hostess to get your waitress because she wont stop by just so you can give them more money and order another pitcher of beer or order more food. We watched the waitress take orders from tables around without ever stopping by to see if you need anything even after eye contact and waving. We added several items and would have eaten/drank even more if the waitress would have come to our table. Instead she talked to some guy sitting at a table alone (who didn't even order anything) or chatted with other wait staff. When she did come it was zero personality, not even a Thank you at the end. Even worse, the manager literally sat two tables way chatting with someone half the time we were there, even bringing them their food (I have pictures). She never managed anyone, I never saw her talk to any staff or check any tables except her friends she sat with while we were there. This is the manager and she doesn't care what is or isn't going on and this is the reason service is bad and people don't come here on a Friday for dinner. I usually go to the Original location in Clearwater and do so pretty frequently. We used to go to the original Tyrone location for years before it moved here. I say that the newer Tyrone location has some serious staffing and management issues that I am sure can be attributed to slow business on a night like Friday, low sales and unhappy customers. This is NOT the type of service expected from Hooters and I should have listened to the people I know who warned me this location has bad service instead of trusting reviews from web sites. I really miss the REAL Hooters across the road before it became such a corporate letdown like it is now. A big letdown andbad experience to say the least. We didn't enjoy our dinner waiting for drinks and food all night. I give 2 stars just because when we got it, the food was okay.
